Recipe: Banana Chip Muffins
Banana Chip Muffins

Muffins:
2 bananas 
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking power 
1/2 tsp salt 

Topping: 
Lily's chocolate chips 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. 
Let sit for 45 mins.
Add to baking cups.  
Top with chocolate chips.  
Bake at 350* for 30 mins. 

Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Freeze for 30 days.
